Who is Neon Momo?

Neon Momo is a claw machine arcade opening up in Hillsboro, Oregon Summer 2024! Inspired by the crane rooms of Japan we aim to add a new style of family entertainment to our area. Even though we will have our own brick and mortar arcade across from Glencoe Highschool, we are also establishing a claw machine route by partnering with other local businesses.

By placing our machines in other businesses we hope to increase brand recognition and awareness for our arcade while adding a little fun and entertainment to those businesses we partner with!

Entertain your Customers

Give customer's something to do while they wait on their orders or for services to be completed. Our claws are filled with trending toys, keychains and novelty items that interest kids and adults alike. Many adults enjoy playing claw machines just for the challenge and thrill of the win. Our machines are not overpriced and have a good payout rate to leave your customers feeling satisfied.

Easy to fit within your current layout

A single mini-claw machine takes up very little space. Most of our machines are approximately 12 by 14 inches and around 5 ft tall. These slender machines can be fit almost anywhere, they just need an outlet.

If you have extra space and the claw machine does well, you can always consider adding a couple more.

No cost to you!

Other than allowing your space to be used, the claw machine requires no work or managing. We have a customer service number on all our machines if any issues do arise. Money will be collected, the machine cleaned, maintained and refilled by Neon Momo. The machines themselves use very little power and you'll easily make back the few cents added to your electricity bill each month.

A cut of the Profits $$

In exchange for allowing us use of your space to host our claw machine, you'll receive 20% of the gross sales. This can vary location by location, anywhere from $20-$100 a month per machine.

Zero Commitment

While we will ask you to sign a simple contract outlining our agreement, there is zero commitment to keep the machine in your place of business for any length of time. If at any time you decide you no longer want the machine in your space, we will come remove it within three to five business days. Likewise, if we decide your location is no longer a good fit, we have no obligation to keep our machine there and will notify you if we decide to remove it.

How often will you be in to maintain the machine?

Frequency varies location to location, depending on how popular the machine is and how fast the items are being won. Usually once or twice a week. We avoid coming during peak business hours.

How and when will we be paid?

When possible, we will pay out the 20% cut the same day we collect it from the machine. If the owner, store manager, or other authorized employee is not there we will come back another day. Payment will be made in cash and a receipt or proof of payment will be issued. We are flexible if you'd prefer to be paid once a month on a day that works for both parties.

What if a customer complains, wants a refund, has an issue, etc?

If you would like we will give you $10 in quarters towards refunds if anyone complains that the machine was faulty and didn't give them their play. If and when you run out, we will give you another roll of quarters. Otherwise you can direct the customer to our contact info that will be available on the machine itself.

What if the machine stops working?

If you're able, we ask that you give us a call or text. You can place an "out of order" sign on the machine or simply unplug it. We will be in asap to address the issue.
