Title: Arcade Associate

Schedule: Part-time (weekends, partial weekdays, some holidays)  

Required: 18 years or older

Pay: $17.50/hr

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and game-loving individuals to join our Clawcade Crew! In this role, you'll help open and close the arcade, keep our prize-filled machines stocked, support guests with gameplay tips, and make sure every visitor walks out with a smile.

As part of our team, you'll be on the front lines of fun—running the register, restocking prizes, helping troubleshoot minor machine hiccups, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, turning casual visits into unforgettable wins.

Opening and Closing Duties:

- Prepare the arcade for daily operations by setting up machines and ensuring a clean environment.

- Secure the premises at the end of the day, ensuring all machines are properly shut down and cash is safely stored.

Claw Machine Inventory Turnover:

- Regularly check and restock claw machines with prizes to maintain an appealing selection.

- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about games and prizes.

- Provide a positive and engaging experience to all guests, ensuring they leave with a smile.

Customer Education:

- Educate customers on how to use claw machines and other arcade games effectively.

- Offer tips and tricks to enhance their gaming experience.

-Point of Sale/Cashier Duties:

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

- Process payments and provide receipts while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Light Cleaning:

- Maintain cleanliness in the arcade area, including machines, floors, and common areas.

- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.

Basic Arcade Troubleshooting:

- Assist customers with minor issues related to machines and troubleshoot problems as needed.

- Report major technical issues to management for timely resolution.

Qualifications:

- 18 years or older

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Basic technical skills for troubleshooting arcade machines.

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
