There's a minimum purchase amount of $5 for purchases done with a credit card. 

You get 4 credits for every dollar. The average game will cost 8-12 credits. Pricing fluctuates depending on the size, quality and difficulty of prizes we currently have stocked.

We suggest spending a min. of $20 for the best chance of winning a couple prizes!

We find that our guests get the best return for their dollar when they purchase one of our bonus packages, which start at $35.

All our machines are marked with Momo stickers (see picture above) that show you how hard each machine is. This is our personal rating system, so please keep in mind that our version of "normal mode" may be easier or harder than you think, based on your own experience with claw machines. 

We want all our guests to walk away winners and feel good about their time at Neon Momo. We even have games that are set to 'play until you win mode' for guaranteed wins! The difficulty modes are there to help you be strategic with your visit depending on if you're just there to win what you like, looking to trade up your wins for tickets or looking to maximize your wins for what you invested. 

And if you do find yourself struggling, please ask for help! We're here to make sure you have a fun experience. That means we're happy to shuffle the prize cabinets, move a specific prize that may be out of reach or even give you a tutorial with tips and tricks!

The qualifying prizes in our single claw machines are worth 100 tickets (look for the signs posted on the machines!) 

Those prizes can be traded back to us in exchange for tickets. The tickets are loaded on to your play card. As you accumulate tickets you can spend them on our redemption prizes at the end of your visit or you can save the tickets on your card to save up for bigger, more expensive prizes. 

If you want to trade your prizes for tickets you must do so before you leave, once the prize leaves our building they are no longer eligible for trade up!

Yes! Since we're on a card system, simply purchase a card and load it up with however much you want to give as a gift. You can ask at the counter for a complimentary gift card sleeve.

Yes! You can rent out the arcade on Sundays for a min. $600 purchase.
